INTRODUCTION

Ashampoo was founded in 1999 by Rolf Hilchnera (now CEO of the company). Company name was invented during the discussion on their first product - the uninstaller .Rolf added Mr. Hilchner then " it cleans your Windows like a shampoo " (translated: it cleans your Windows like shampoo ) ^[2] . From the statement of a shampoo established name Ashampoo

 . The first product of the company was published AudioCD MP3 Studio 2000 . Currently, the company is preparing programs such as office suite , antivirus, authentication to optical disks, system tools, multimedia applications and applications CAD .

In 2007, the company began to create in Germany a number of web portals , of which the first was airshampoo.de ^[3] , a year later, the company formed a netcar.de ,enimal.com and others.
